PC DevOps Consultants Limited is a UK-based consultancy. We help software teams build and operate the cloud and AI platforms their products depend on — onAWS, GCP, and increasingly on hybrid GPU infrastructure for AI workloads.

We're deliberately small. Every engagement is led by a senior engineer with hands on the keyboard, not by a sales team handing off to juniors. That keeps quality high, decisions fast, and rates honest.

What we believe

• Platforms are a product. They have users (your engineers), a roadmap, and SLOs.
• Everything as code. If it isn't reproducible from git, it isn't really yours.
• Cost is a feature. A platform that wins the architecture review and loses the FinOps review is a failed platform.
• AI is engineering. The hard problems are evaluation, observability and cost — not picking a model.
• Leave teams stronger. We hand over documented, owned systems. No lock-in.

Working with us

We work remotely across the UK, with occasional on-site visits for workshops and key milestones. Most engagements start with a short assessment so we can both be sure there's a fit before committing to a bigger piece of work.
